Many FIFA 22 players have been left in awe reflecting on the growth of certain players in the series.
The virtual football sim once again has provided an influx of hidden gems on the incredibly popular game mode Ultimate Team (FUT), with millions around the world flooding each to play Squad Battles, Division Rivals and FUT Champions to earn as many high-ranked rewards as they possibly can.
While many of the high-rated players tend to be automatic targets for the majority of the gaming community, other gold cards, on odd occasions get overlooked.
With this in mind, certain cards have become ludicrously expensive on the market due to the "overpowered" ability from them that players have been reporting.
Because of this, their valuations have heavily fluctuated which means that large amounts of Coins have been exchanged to acquire their services for respective teams right across FUT.
FIFA 22 Meta Players
The four players in question are Marcos Llorente, Presnel Kimpembe, Marquinhos and Theo Fernandez, all of which are described as META players in FIFA 22.
You won't get any of these players for less than 10k Coins simply due to how well they perform in-game - but one gamer took time to look back at their previous cards from what appears to be FIFA 17 and FIFA 19.
Sahil took the opportunity to put each card side by side with previous cards, some even were non-rare cards back in those days.
Those older cards would have certainly not have been considered as META back in the day, but it is an interesting insight in relation to how far each player has come in real life to earn these cards this year.
