The 2014 World Cup was a fantastic tournament.
Costa Rica topping a group containing England, Uruguay and Italy, Holland thrashing Spain 5-1 and host nation Brazil being humiliated 7-1 by Germany in the semi-finals were just some of the major talking points.
It really was a feast of football and as is the case with every World Cup, there were a number of moments that still leave fans scratching their heads.
Raheem Sterling's 'ghost goal' versus Italy is certainly one of them, although that incident is nothing compared to Alex Song's ridiculous red card while representing Cameroon.
In the group stage, the African nation were thrashed 4-0 by the 2018 World Cup finalists in the Arena da Amazonia.
And part of the reason why Cameroon were subjected to a mauling was the fact that they had to play with 10 men from the 40th-minute onwards.
At that point in the match, Croatia were only leading by a single goal, but Song decided to hand them an enormous advantage by picking up possibly the stupidest red card in World Cup history.
The former Arsenal and Barcelona midfielder bizarrely decided to blatantly elbow/punch Mario Mandzukic in the back, even though there appeared to be no on-pitch animosity between the pair.

To make matters worse, Mandzukic went on to score a brace for Croatia in the second half of the match.
Song - who currently plays for Djiboutian club Arta/Solar7 - was deservedly handed a three-match ban for his actions.
He later apologised to his country's fans for the violent act that cost the team dearly.
"I'm very sad at the moment as I feel I have let my country and myself down," Song said, per Daily Mail.
"It was a stupid moment and I'm truly sorry. If I could do anything to take it back I would. Please forgive me."
