Chelsea's technical director Michael Emenalo is hoping to set up to Spanish network to bring the brightest young stars across to Stamford Bridge.

The Blues recently recruited Oriol Romeu from Barcelona this summer and feel tat could just be the tip of the iceberg.

Chelsea are now taking a look at four youngsters at the Nou Camp, as they look to breath life into their squad.

Scout Vicente Fernandez has targeted several youngsters, including Martin Montoya, Macro Bartra and Rafa Alcantara.

However, Chelsea are reportedly already in talks with Pep Guardiola over the signing of Sergio Roberto, whose availability is currently being discussed.

Chelsea are also trying to sign Real Madrid youngster Jose Pozo, who has stated he is ready to leave the La Liga leaders.
