Henry Cejudo slammed Tyron Woodley and compared his public persona to that of 'a circus'.

The Californian laid into former UFC welterweight champion Woodley, known as The Chosen One, in an interview earlier this week.

Cejduo and Woodley have never really seen eye to eye over the years, with the former a friend of Woodley's old rival Kamaru Usman, who beat 'T-Wood' back in March 2019.

Woodley, 39, suffered a humiliating defeat against Jake Paul on his pro boxing debut.

And according to 'Triple-C', Woodley is second on the unofficial list of the world's most embarrassing fighters, behind only the self-proclaimed 'King of Cringe' himself.

Cejudo told MMA Mania: “I’m gonna have to give it to Tyron Woodley because it’s so unnatural.

“He so doesn’t see it. Colby Covington, he’s playing a character, it’s a persona. But Tyron Woodley, he just doesn’t see it, man. It’s gone wild, it’s a circus, man.

He continued: “He just doesn’t see how cringe that he is that he wins the title. I think that even Tony [Ferguson] knows he’s a little off his rocker [laughs]. I don’t know if Tyron is, you know.”

Jake Paul beat Tyron Woodley via split decision in August

Woodley knows the fight game well enough to know that the best way to make as much money as possible is by talking, but Cejudo believes he doesn't do enough to back up his trash talk in the ring.

After all, talking will only get you so far.

“He’s just so cringey," he added.

"The dude has an ‘I love you, Jake Paul’ [tattoo] on his middle finger, and his movie sucks.

"But I’ll tell you what, he can promote a fight.

"He’s got a mouthpiece on ’em [sic], but his actions don’t speak louder than his words. He lost to a YouTuber.”
