Just a couple of weeks ago, the two were involved in what was an incredible fight, with the Gypsy King winning via knockout in the 11th round.
Initially, Wilder refused to shake Fury's hand after the bout but eventually, he congratulated him in a touching message on Instagram.
Tyson Fury sends 'Happy Birthday' message to Deontay Wilder
The Bronze Bomber turned 36 yesterday and his rival wished him through an online video.
Fury said: “This is Tyson Fury, AKA The Gypsy King. This is a very special happy birthday message to my old mate, Deontay 'The Bronze Bomber' Wilder.
"Have a fantastic day, Wilder. Thank you for the great fights we’ve had and the trilogy, and you’re a great, great fighter, an awesome fighter.
"I hope you have a fantastic day with you and your family. I hope God blesses you abundantly.
"All the best, lots of love from your old pal, The Gypsy King. All the best, God bless, Wilder."
Tyson Fury's black eye still visible
In the video, Fury's black eye from the fight is still quite visible. Nonetheless, this message was an incredible touch of class from the Brit.
"I’ve learned that sometimes you have to lose to win. Although, I wanted the win I enjoyed seeing the fans win even more", said the Bronze Bomber.
"Hopefully, I proved that I am a true Warrior and a true King in this sport. Hopefully, WE proved that no matter how hard you get hit with trials and tribulations you can always pick yourself up to live and fight again for what you believe in.
"Last but not least I would like to congratulate Tyson Fury for his victory and thank you for the great historical memories that will last forever."
While many would love to see a fourth fight between Wilder and Fury, the chances of that happening are almost none. The two have left behind countless memories from all three of their fights, which will be remembered fondly for years to come.
