Aaron Ramsdale has already proven so many people wrong at Arsenal. There were plenty of eyebrows raised when the Gunners shelled out £24 million on the England goalkeeper, especially given some of his shakier moments at Sheffield United last season.Ramsdale's previous two seasons in the Premier League with the Blades and Bournemouth had both ended in relegation, but his finer performances had clearly caught the eye at Arsenal.

Ramsdale impressing at Arsenal

And despite all the skepticism - some justified and some hyperbolic - you've go to take your hat off to the 23-year-old because he has taken to Emirates Stadium like a duck to water.

Ramsdale has barely been in north London a few weeks and he has already dislodged Bernd Leno as Arsenal's number one goalkeeper with little no objections from the fanbase.

Not only has Ramsdale endeared himself to Gooners with his superb saves and clean sheet record, but also his winning mentality with passionate moments aplenty across his seven matches so far.

Oh, and one other talent of Ramsdale's that seems to have flown under the radar is his eye for a pass because the England U21 shot-stopper has already shown superb distribution this season.

Ramsdale's impeccable distribution

Granted, most top-level goalkeepers are pretty effective with their feet these days, but Ramsdale's performance during the 3-1 Aston Villa win reiterated that he's one of the Premier League's finest.

In fact, one particular clip of Ramsdale fizzing an inch-perfect pass against the Villans has been doing the rounds on social media with some suggesting that Ederson would have gone viral for it.

And amusingly, it even caught Jamie Carragher off guard with the Liverpool legend and Sky Sports pundit reacting on commentary by saying: "Ooooo. What a pass that was!" Check it out below:

However, that's not enough for your Ramsdale fix, is it? Well, fear not, because it wasn't the only instance of the Englishman showing his distribution skills against Villa as you can see here:

What do you mean you're still not happy? Ok then, fair enough, be sure to check out Ramsdale's entire individual highlights from the game to see every moment of his passing brilliance below:

You really do get the impression that Ramsdale is a product of the generation where goalkeepers are expected to do more with their feet and it's clearly having a positive impact on Arsenal.

In a game where Ben White was also seen making driving runs through the opposition, Ramsdale's distribution is yet another example of how the Gunners can rapidly advance the ball up the pitch.
