Manchester United haven't been very good at all this season.

They have been grinding out results without playing well, largely due to the heroics of Cristiano Ronaldo up front.

But not even their legendary striker could stop them from being completely exposed by Liverpool on the weekend.

United welcomed Jurgen Klopp's side to Old Trafford looking to get the victory over their fierce rivals.

But they were outclassed as Liverpool ran out 5-0 winners.

One player that has come under heavy criticism in recent weeks is Harry Maguire.

The Englishman suffered a calf injury at the back end of last month, forcing him to miss two games.

He returned for United's match against Leicester last week. He had featured in just one training session prior to the game and it was clear he was not fully fit.

Maguire was far from his best against his former side as Leicester ran out 4-2 winners.

And Eric Bailly was not happy that Maguire had been chosen to start ahead of him at the King Power Stadium.

According to the Telegraph, the Ivorian defender chose to confront Solskjaer in the dressing room after the 4-2 defeat.

He is said to have asked Ole Gunnar Solskjaer 'why he picked a centre-half who was not fit'.

The report goes on to state that Bailly, along with a number of other senior players, questioned some of Solskjaer’s decisions before the Atalanta game last Wednesday.

One senior player couldn't understand why Donny van de Beek hadn't been given more game time.

Others questioned why Jesse Lingard has been frozen out and why others, such as Nemanja Matic, have also been used so sparingly.

It's a very worrying time for Solskjaer.

Results haven't been the best and now players, including Bailly, appear to be starting to speak up against the manager.

Whether Solskjaer is still in charge at the club by the time they play against Tottenham on the weekend remains to be seen.

If he is still in charge, he desperately needs all three points to relieve some of the pressure surrounding his future.
