Sky Sports' Michael Bridge reckons that Jesse Lingard would do a job at Tottenham.
The 28-year-old was linked with a move to north London this summer but stayed at Old Trafford despite his chances of playing regularly looking bleak.

Following a summer of uncertainty surrounding his future, the England international remained with his boyhood club despite those Spurs links and West Ham pushing for a permanent transfer.

The additions of Cristiano Ronaldo and Jadon Sancho didn't appear to help Lingard's case of getting regular minutes and that's prove the case during the first few months of the season.
In fact, Lingard has actually played more minutes for England this term (160) than he has for the Red Devils and is yet to start a Premier League game despite United's poor recent form.
Despite his lack of playing time, the attacker has showed what he can do with goals against Newcastle and West Ham and a crucial assist against Villareal in the Champions League.
But Lingard has been continuously overlooked by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and has been an unused substitute five times already this season.
If Lingard's situation doesn't improve by the time January comes around, he could opt for another loan move like he did earlier this year.

And Bridge suggested a move to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as a potential option.

He told GIVEMESPORT: "Would Lingard want to go to Newcastle? I don't know. But Spurs, I think he could definitely do a job at Spurs."
Do Tottenham need Lingard?
Tottenham have looked pretty toothless in attack under Nuno Espirito Santo this season, scoring just nine goals in nine Premier League games.
But with Harry Kane struggling, Heung Min Son not firing on all cylinders and Lucas Moura finding consistency hard to come by, Lingard would certainly add some firepower to Spurs' attack.
Furthermore, beyond those three, they've got very little in reserve.
Dele Alli looks awfully short on confidence, Giovani Lo Celso performs far better for his country and Steven Bergwijn has scored once in 42 matches in all competitions since the start of last season.
With that in mind, Tottenham could do far worse than bringing in someone like Lingard, who's not only got goals and assists in him, but has the ability to play anywhere across the front-three.
