Cristiano Ronaldo is backing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after the Norwegian manager came under fire following Manchester United's humiliating 5-0 defeat to Liverpool on Sunday afternoon.
Solskjaer's position has been under threat after United were crushed by their fierce rivals on the weekend.
Multiple reports have emerged claiming that the Norwegian manager has lost the faith of a number of United's players following their poor run of form.
But, according to the Manchester Evening news, Ronaldo is not one of them.
They state that Ronaldo is 'holding the dressing room together' after the club's poor recent form.
Ronaldo is refusing to throw Solskjaer under the bus and has encouraged his teammates to support their manager.
The Portuguese has reportedly told the United players to not down tools, irrespective of what they think of Solskjaer, while he is still in charge at the club.
That is the sort of attitude which has made Ronaldo arguably the greatest player of all time.
He only gives his best - regardless of the situation - and always demands exactly the same from his teammates.
He's a real leader and United are lucky to have him at this time of crisis.

Solskjaer, meanwhile, has three games to save his United job, according to the Telegraph.
That means he will be in the dugout for the game at home to Tottenham, as well as away games against Atalanta and Manchester City.
If United fail to impress in those games, it seems likely that Solskjaer will be replaced as manager.
Regardless of who is the manager, Ronaldo will continue to give it his all at United.
