The Genshin Impact 2.3 update is expected to be released in late November, but leaks have confirmed that Arataki Itto has already had some stats buffed ahead of release.
The new playable character will be a five star Geo and is a Claymore user from Inazuma.
New leaks have suggested that the changes made pre-release to the character and his signature claymore are significant, and could make the new playable character a behemoth in the game when he is finally released in the 2.3 Update.
The leaks ahead of Genshin Impact 2.3 Update have been numerous, including those relating to Arataki Itto.
These latest leaks indicate that changes have been made to Itto ahead of the 2.3 release to the character and his signature claymore.
How Has Arataki Itto Been Buffed?
The changes that seem to be implemented mean that there will be a significant level of power added to Itto and the claymore weapon.
Itto has also had some adjustments that mean he will ‘flow’ better as a character overall and deal far more damage with his charged attacks.
Itto’s passive had previously been removed, however, this has now been restored to be part of his Normal Attacks.
This means that Itto will be able to maintain an attack combo even after utilizing his Elemental Skill or dash.
On top of this, Itto will now also gain stacks of his special buff Superlative Super Strength when he lands his 2nd and 4th Normal Attack.
The changes to his signature claymore mean that its Base Attack has been lowered to increase the Crit DMG by a huge amount.
The Stonethresher at level 90 provided 608 base ATK and 66.2 Crit DMG in the prior leaks, but now it will seemingly give 542 Base ATK and 88.2% Crit DMG.
That’s not the only change coming to the weapon, as The Redhorn Stonethresher will also give a 28% boost at refinement rank one. The weapon will also grant a 40% boost to Normal and Charged Attack damage, based on the character’s level of Defense.
