Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale has made a major impact since joining the club, according to journalist Luke Hatfield.
The Gunners splashed out £24m on the shot-stopper in August, and he has taken very little time to find his feet at the Emirates.
How has Ramsdale performed this season?
The 23-year-old had to initially wait for his opportunity as he was only named on the bench for his first two games at the club, with Bernd Leno getting the gloves against Chelsea and Manchester City.
However, after the September international break, Ramsdale was handed his league debut at home to Norwich, and he has not looked back since.
In his six top-flight appearances for Mikel Arteta's men, he has kept three clean sheets and has an impressive save percentage of 80%.
His form has helped Arsenal move off the bottom of the table and into the top half.
What has Hatfield said about Ramsdale?
Hatfield believes Ramsdale has had a strong start to his Arsenal career, and has hinted that the Englishman is an upgrade on the inconsistent Leno.
Referring to Ramsdale, Hatfield told GIVEMESPORT: “I think it’s obvious just how much he’s affected that Arsenal side, in terms of the way he’s come in and instantly taken a hold of the starting spot over Bernd Leno, who, let’s be honest, has been a bit hit and miss.”

Is Ramsdale already becoming a key player at Arsenal?
There is certainly an argument that he is.
When he came into the side, Arsenal were in dire form, having lost their opening three matches without scoring a goal.
They have hardly been prolific in front of goal in recent weeks either, as the north London club have managed just 10 goals in their nine league games to date.
Therefore, the pressure is on Ramsdale and the rest of the defence to keep things tight at the back in order for Arsenal to pick up some positive results.
Thus far, the 6 foot 2 goalkeeper has handled the high level of expectation, making some crucial saves to keep the opposition at bay, while his distribution with the ball at his feet has also been eye-catching.
If he can maintain these standards, he will have an important role to play this season as Arsenal look to improve on the eighth-place finishes they have achieved in their last two Premier League campaigns.
