PlayStation players hugely disappointed with State of Play event

PlayStation State of Play did not go well with the fans who were disappointed with the show.

The PlayStation State of Play event has past and it’s safe to say that the reception to the online showcase has not gone down well.

Sony’s online expo was expected to reveal a vast array of big title games during their 20-minute show which revealed an array of new indie games that are set to hit the market soon.

Deathverse: Let It Die, We Are OFK, Bugsnax: The Isle of BIGsnax, Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach, Death’s Door, KartRider: Drift, King of Fighters XV, First Class Trouble, Star Ocean The Divine Force and Little Devil Inside were all of the games that were shown off during the event.

Many players were expecting to hear more about the upcoming GTA 5 Remastered Trilogy, possibly even GTA 6 and many other renowned titles that were bypassed.

As you can imagine, players that were excited had their emotions changed to ones of disappointment after watching the show in its entirety.

Certain fans went to Twitter to comment on the event, to which one fan described it as “Sleep of Play”, while another stated that the PS5 has no pulling power due to the lack of big exclusive games at this time.
