It's not easy to name a fantasy football XI from all of the legends that have played the game down the years. When restricted to a five-a-side format, though, that task becomes even harder. Manchester City playmaker Jack Grealish recently took on the challenge of naming his own dream five-a-side team - and we have to say it looks pretty special.

The 26-year-old became the Premier League's first-ever £100 million player when he moved from Aston Villa to the Etihad Stadium over the summer.

One of the attributes that likely persuaded City to invest such a mammoth sum in the England international is the confidence he plays with. Grealish displayed more of that same confidence in a recent interview when he named himself at the heart of his ultimate five-a-side outfit.

In fairness to Grealish, his top-class dribbling skills - together with the vast range of tricks in his arsenal - make him an ideal fit for the five-a-side format.

Grealish surrounds himself with a quartet of similarly talented individuals, starting with his Manchester City teammate Ederson.

Describing the Brazilian shot-stopper as "the best with his feet", Grealish has clearly given some consideration to the unique challenges faced inside the cage. Ederson is the blueprint of the sort of player you would want in the five-a-side arena.

Legendary Spain centre-back Sergio Ramos also makes the cut, as Grealish points out his creditable goalscoring record. Combined with his no-nonsense style at the back, the Paris Saint-Germain defender is a logical pick for Grealish's side.

Playing in front of Grealish in his formation are two of the best players ever to have laced up a pair of boots.

Lionel Messi and "Brazilian" Ronaldo (Nazario) are selected by the City to lead the line for his team.

Ronaldo was an absolute goal machine in his prime - and there can't be many that wouldn't have Messi in their line-up.

Here's how Grealish's impressive line-up looks on paper...

Naturally, each of us will have differing opinions on our own dream five-a-side line-ups. It's fair to say that nobody would relish coming up against Grealish's quintet though.
