WWE legends Mark Henry and The Big Show have both shown off their incredible physiques since they retired from professional wrestling.

The pair boast illustrious careers in WWE, with Henry having claimed two world championships across a 25-year career, while The Big Show, also known as Paul Wight, has won an incredible seven world championships and 11 world tag team championships.

After Henry retired in 2017 and Wight more recently in 2021, the pair have both shown off their incredible body transformations, with photos surfacing online of both wrestlers looking absolutely shredded in recent years.

After announcing a comeback to professional wrestling earlier this year, the former World’s Strongest Man and two-time Olympian Henry looks in top shape after he posted a photo of himself flexing his enormous biceps on his Instagram account.

Speaking in a podcast with fellow pro-wrestler Booker T, Henry confirmed in April that he would be returning to the ring and has reportedly lost an amazing 38kgs in weight ahead of his opening bout.

His last ring appearance came in 2018 at the Greatest Royal Rumble PPV in Saudi Arabia, where he scored three eliminations but was eliminated by Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler.

Henry joined WWE way back in 1996 and after an incredible career in the sport was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018 and is now likely to make his comeback later this year.

But he isn’t the first wrestler to make such a tremendous transformation ahead of a return to the franchise.

Known for his incredible size, standing at seven feet tall, The Big Show once weighed 36 stone while he was in his prime, but after suffering an injury in 2018, Wight took some time away from the ring and came back to the sport in 2020 and impressed his fans with his newly shredded body.
