Joao Felix helped Atletico Madrid achieve a much-needed 3-0 victory over Real Betis on Sunday afternoon. The Portuguese striker scored the team's third goal after coming off the bench, the 21-year-old's first in La Liga this season.Despite not finding the back of the net as regularly as he would like, Felix has started to rediscover his best form in 2021/22.The former Benfica man finally looks back to full fitness and recently dropped a masterclass in a 2-0 victory over Barcelona. He was also electric in Atletico's 3-2 defeat to Liverpool in the Champions League a week or so ago, with him and Antoine Griezmann terrorising the English side's defence. Those two have clearly developed chemistry in the short time they've played together, which can only be a huge positive for manager Diego Simeone.Griezmann & Felix with AtleticoGriezmann probably wasn't Felix's favourite person in the world just before the game against Betis, though. In the tunnel before kick-off at the Wanda Metropolitano, the Frenchman hilariously tricked his teammate into thinking he was a mascot. No, we're not joking and you can take a look at the evidence below.

Oh Joao...

The young forward held Griezmann's hand for a few seconds, before realising that he's actually a member of the playing squad rather than a mascot.

If Felix had actually walked out onto the pitch in front of thousands of supporters with his teammate, it would have been absolutely fantastic.
