FIFA 22 will introduce an all-new La Liga Player of the Month (POTM) card to celebrate the outstanding performer of October in Spain's top-flight.

EA Sports have already brought out similar cards for other leagues such as the Premier League, Serie A and Dutch Eredivisie, with the likes of Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo and Napoli talisman Kalidou Koulibaly taking those respective crowns.

With this in mind, it appears that the developers will be taking the same approach for La Liga, with some star-studded names in line to win this individual award.

With Ronaldo's POTM card, 26 squads were required to be completed that added up to a total of 2.5 million Coins and players are already speculating how many squads will be needed on this occasion.

Scroll down to find out which players are in line to pick up the accolade.

FIFA 22 La Liga POTM October

Seven players have been picked by La Liga to win October's POTM and the FIFA community have taken it upon themselves to create some FUT cards to see what they could look like.

Luis Suarez, David Alaba, Rafa Mir, Raul de Tomas, Robin le Normand, Rodri Sanchez and Manu Sanchez are the players that have been selected, with the former Liverpool striker set to be the highest-rated if selected.

Here are some of the cards that The Boss came up with:

Either Suarez or Alaba could be worth more than one million Coins as far as the SBCs are concerned, with the other players expected to not cost as much considering their stats.

That being said, it will be interesting to see which player scoops the award and what squads will be required when the SBC eventually drops in-game.
