Journalist Paul Brown reckons that Harry Winks is "agitating" for a move away from Tottenham following his lack of opportunities recently.
The midfielder has made just one Premier League start all season and hasn't played a minute in the league since the 3-0 defeat at Crystal Palace back in September.

Winks' fortunes could change following the departure of Nuno Espirito Santo and appointment of Antonio Conte.
However, having featured just seven times all season, five of which have come in the Conference League, the 25-year-old might be past the point of repair at his boyhood club despite the managerial change.

Winks, valued at £18m by Transfermarkt, was once a nailed on starter under Mauricio Pochettino but has now been a used as a bit-part player at best over the last 15 months, playing mainly in Europe and making the odd domestic appearance.
The England international gave a damning interview to the Evening Standard after his last outing against Vitesse and clearly stated that whilst he loves Tottenham, he wants to be playing more regularly.
But Winks' situation went from bad to worse recently when he was left out of the squad for the Carabao Cup tie against Burnley despite nine substitutes being allowed.
According to Football Insider, Winks was in talks with an unnamed Premier League club last summer, but ended up staying at Tottenham despite being told he's likely to be nothing more than a fringe player.

And Brown reckons that Winks is desperate to move on following his recent frustrations at Spurs.

Asked about Winks' future, Brown told GIVEMESPORT: "He's been out of the team for the last two or three managers now and has been agitating for a move."
Is Winks likely to get a chance under Conte?
The Italian isn't exactly spoilt for choice in the middle of the park, but if he opts to go with a back-three, it will most likely leave space for only one defensive midfielder.
If that's the case, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, who's started every Premier League game since he joined from Southampton last summer, would be the favourite for that role, leaving Winks to watch on from the bench, at best, once more.
It's always difficult to predict how a new manager will react to a new squad, but Winks is one player who's unlikely to enjoy a revival under Conte.
