Swansea City v Aston Villa
Barclays Premier League
Liberty Stadium
Sunday, November 27. Kick-off: 1330

Joe Allen is expected to be recalled for Swansea after recovering from a calf problem.

Defender Steven Caulker has returned to training but his knee injury is expected to rule him out on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Aston Villa captain Stiliyan Petrov looks set to overcome a hamstring strain, while Chris Herd will be passed fit after a leg injury.

Jermaine Jenas was ineligible to face parent club Tottenham on Monday, so returns to the matchday squad.

McLeish wants reaction

Alex McLeish has urged his Aston Villa side to prove their worth against Swansea this weekend following Monday's defeat to Tottenham.

Villa lost 2-0 at White Hart Lane, thanks to two goals from Emmanuel Adebayor, and looked excellent value for their three points.

McLeish, though, realises his team did not give a proper account of themselves on the night, and believes they have far more to give.

The Scot is now demanding a reaction at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday.

"While it is no disgrace to lose to a team like Tottenham, we are certainly a lot better than that," he said.

"There were a few individual performances which were so unlike these guys and we will see what the reaction is on Sunday. I'm looking for a big reaction.

"We have to atone for the other night. We have to apologise to the fans in the best way possible and that's with a rousing performance.

"It's not a performance I want to see repeated."
