Manchester United have a deal in place to sign Venezuelan prospect Roberto Carlos Brito Rojas, it has been claimed.
The teenager was being pursued by a number of clubs in Europe and South America but, it would appear, United have won the race for his signature.
According to local press reports, Roberto Junior impressed United coaches David Hudgell and Massimo Pauri during a trial, and will now further his development with the Dallas Texans.
The Texans are a feeder club for United, and the 18-year-old forward will reportedly complete a year's worth of training in Dallas before making his move to Old Trafford.
Meanwhile, a teenager who could be on his way out of United is French midfielder Paul Pogba, who has allegedly rejected a new contract offer.
Sir Alex Ferguson is desperate to keep the 18-year-old at Old Trafford, but Pogba will be free to talk to other clubs in January, unless he signs an improved deal.
