Stoke defender Robert Huth hopes the Potters can take their recent good from in the Barclays Premier League into tonight's tough encounter with leaders Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.

The German, whose deflected free-kick helped Stoke to a 2-1 victory at Wolves at the weekend which extended his side's winning run in the league to four games, knows it will not be easy against Roberto Mancini's in-form side. But he hopes Stoke can again produce the form which saw them come from behind to win at Molineux.

Huth told the club website, "We have had a few good results so we can take that into the game with us; but even with that we know it will be an incredibly tough evening for us. We will give it our best shot though."
