Liverpool are being linked with a January transfer raid on Udinese midfielder Mauricio Isla.

The versatile Chilean international, who can play in central midfield or at right back as well as his more traditional right wing position, has been earning rave reviews in Italy for his performances with the Zebrette.

It's also led to speculation over a move away from Serie 'A', with reporting that Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish is the latest manager to take an interest in the 23-year-old.
