Barcelona (2) v (1) Real Madrid
Copa del Rey quarter-final, second-leg; Nou Camp; Wednesday, 25th January; 2100 KO (GMT)
Jose Manuel Pinto is expected to start in goal for Barca, having played in every domestic cup game so far this season.
Seydou Keita is away from the club on African Cup of Nations duty, whilst David Villa is the only long-term injury problem for Pep Guardiola.
Jose Mourinho has vowed to play defender Pepe if the Brazilian is fit, despite his apparent stamp on the hand of Lionel Messi in the first leg.
Esteban Granero and Lassana Diarra are 'the special one's' injury concerns, although both travel to Catalonia and could play.
Mascherano stokes 'El Clasico' fire
Barcelona midfielder Javier Mascherano believes his side have the psychological edge over Real Madrid ahead of tonight's quarter-final, second leg clash at the Nou Camp.
Barca hold a one-goal advantage over their great rivals after goals from Carles Puyol and Eric Abidal canceled out Cristiano Ronaldo's opener at the Santiago Bernabeu a fortnight ago.
And, whilst Mascherano knows the edge doesn't always guarantee victory, he's in confident mood ahead of Jose Mourinho's arrival in Catalonia.
"We have the measure of Madrid. But that doesn't always guarantee success and we are still not in the semi-finals of the cup," the Argentine told Goal.com.
"The tie against Madrid isn't won yet, but we are optimistic; we have a good advantage from the first leg but it is no good being over-confident and we know Wednesday will be a harder match than the one at the Bernabeu."
The former Liverpool enforcer also raved about teammate and FIFA World Player of the Year Lionel Messi ahead of his latest dual with Ronaldo.
For Mascherano, there is no question over which player is the best, and admits it's a big bonus to have his compatriot in the line-up.
"For me there is no doubt. Leo Messi is the best player in the world whether he scores three goals in a game or whether he doesn't score at all," he added.
"With him we have a plus point that no other team can count on."
