Young Chelsea forward Daniel Sturridge is reportedly considering his Stamford Bridge future.

Andre Villas-Boas is having a troublesome few weeks with the Blues, in which they have dropped below Arsenal into fifth and out of the Champions League places.

The Sun are reporting that the England international has become concerned about Chelsea’s recent decline and The Daily Mail have claimed his actions have caught the attention of Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

As well as concern at the prospect for Europa League football, the report suggests Sturridge has been frustrated at a lack of opportunities in his favoured position of centre-forward.

The 22-year-old has scored ten times so far this season and this has been mainly when playing wide on the right.

Any frustration Sturridge may be feeling won’t be helped by that fact that Villas-Boas has persisted with Fernando Torres in the central role and the Spaniard only finding the net on four occasions so far.
