New boss Neil Warnock delivered a half-time team talk which inspired Leeds to a thrilling 3-2 comeback win over Doncaster, caretaker manager Neil Redfearn revealed.

With the former QPR boss watching from the stands after being unveiled as the new Leeds manager on Saturday morning, Redfearn took charge of the team for the final time.

Redfearn said: "Neil had a big impact. He came in at half-time and made a few points. It was sensible advice in the situation we were in."
