The Marseille striker dreams of turning out in England’s top competition, with both Harry Redknapp and Arsene Wenger keen to make it happen, according to talkSPORT.
Remy was speaking to French magazine Surface when he made the admission and the report believes there could be serious interest in a switch out of Emirates Stadium and White Hart Lane.
“My dream is to play for a big club in England or Italy,” said the 25-year-old.
“For now I hope to finish the season well with Marseille and get into the France squad for the Euros. Then we will see what can happen for the summer.”
The France international has been in impressive form for the past two seasons since joining Marseille, scoing 24 goals in 52 league games.
The striker is expected to make the French squad for Euro 2012 and he will be hoping a good performance in the tournament attracts few more bidders for his services.
The report claims that Redknapp had Remy watched by scouts and reports in January also suggested that Spurs made a substantial bid for the striker, but the ‘enormous’ proposal was rejected by the Ligue 1 club.
