Manchester United go into tonight's Europa League clash at Bilabo one goal down, having been outplayed at Old Trafford in the first leg.

Phil Jones, Nani and Anderson have all been ruled out, but Rio Ferdinand returns to the squad, partnering Jonny Evans in central defence.

Manchester City are also facing a one goal deficit against Sporting Lisbon, and are without Gareth Barry and Vincent Kompany through injury.

Roberto Mancini though was confident his side would triumph, citing City's strong record at the Etihad - where they have a 100% record in the league.


Radamel Falcao has emerged as Chelsea's priority target for this summer as the club look to strengthen in attack. (London Evening Standard)

Ajax and Belgium defender Jan Vertonghen has said he is open to a move to Arsenal, amid interest from the Gunners and rivals Tottenham. (Sky Sports)
