Anderlecht will make Lucas Biglia available for transfer this summer, which has reportedly alerted both Arsenal and Liverpool.

The 26-year-old Argentine midfielder has been a key performer for his Belgian employers this season, as the Purple and Whites close in on a 31st league title.

Anderlecht, however, appear to be prepared to cash-in on Biglia at the end of the season, and the Premier League could be a destination.

According to Belgian daily newspaper La Derniere Heure, Anderlecht will listen to offers in the range of £15 million for the Argentina international and, it is claimed, Arsenal and Liverpool are keen to clinch his signature.

The recruitment of midfield reinforcements is likely to be on the agenda for both Arsene Wenger and Kenny Dalglish this summer, as both make plans to bolster their respective squads.

Arsenal have still yet to sufficiently compensate for the losses of Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri last year, and the transfer window could prompt an influx of new faces at the Emirates Stadium.

Liverpool, meanwhile, have endured a disappointing season - in the league, at least - and Dalglish will surely perform another reshuffle when the opportunity presents itself.
