Holt dreaming of England call-up

Grant Holt admits it would be a dream to represent England at Euro 2012 and hopes he can persuade managerial candidate Harry Redknapp he deserves a place in the Three Lions squad when Norwich travel to Tottenham.

Claims that Holt was capable of playing international football were met with derision at the start of the year, but the form of the 30-year-old former tyre-fitter from Carlisle has been key to Norwich's excellent season so far.

Holt is the second highest English scorer in the Barclays Premier League having bagged 13 goals and is clearly out to impress Redknapp, saying: "Tottenham are a very good side so I'll have to get the ball first, but I could show Harry I've got a little bit about me."
