Ryan Nelsen says Tottenham cannot afford to dwell on Monday's shock home defeat at the hands of Norwich ahead of this weekend's FA Cup semi-final meeting with Chelsea.

Harry Redknapp's side were booed off by some sections of the crowd after the Premier League new boys earned a fully-deserved three points at White Hart Lane.

Spurs' stuttering form means Champions League qualification is now far from assured, despite competing for the title for much of the season.

But the race for fourth takes a back seat on Sunday and Nelsen has called for focus.

"It's horrible, losing is not a good feeling," he told Spurs TV Online. "It was a big game and, in all honesty, you've got to give a lot of credit to Norwich.

"The Premier League is a fairly humbling place to play. No matter how talented your team, you've got to be going out 100%, and Norwich were.

"But we've got to put it behind us now, and look ahead to Sunday's FA Cup semi-final. It's a big game for the Club and a great opportunity.

"There will be a lot of twists and turns before the end of the season. It's easy to get very down about one result but what happens in two week's time, two game's time, it can be a whole different picture.

"What we've got to do is concentrate on ourselves, concentrate on winning, and hopefully remedying results like this."

Nelson is expected to start at Wembley with first-choice central defenders Ledley King and Younes Kaboul both major doubts for the game.

William Gallas is nursing an injury and unlikely to face Roberto di Matteo's side, while Michael Dawson has been ruled out for the remainder of the season.

Sebastien Bassong is on loan at Wolves and youngster Steven Calulker is spending the season with Swansea.
