Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard is confident England's managerial saga will not derail their European Championship campaign.

The 33-year-old claims the squad is good enough to make light of Fabio Capello's shock departure in Poland and Ukraine, whoever takes charge for the tournament.

Lampard, who has seen plenty of managers come and go at club and international level, told "It's something as a player you learn to cope with. Managers leave at times you don't expect them to sometimes."
