Porto striker Hulk could be set to replace Didier Drogba at Chelsea, with the new European Champions reportedly in talks to sign the Brazilian forward.

The 25-year-old, who has scored 21 goals in 38 games this season, has an £85m release clause - but Chelsea are looking to pay no more than £30m.

Drogba meanwhile has revealed it was "time to move on" after Chelsea's European triumph, with the Ivory Coast striker set to join Shanghai Shenua this summer.

Elsewhere, Gareth Bale has reportedly told Tottenham he wants to stay at White Hart Lane amid speculation linking him with Spanish giants Barcelona.


In today's transfer news, Thiago Silva's agent has told Manchester City that his client has no plans to leave AC Milan this summer. (Daily Mail)

Sir Alex Ferguson have reportedly opened talks with Everton over signing England left-back Leighton Baines, who will cost £12m. (The Mirror)
