Eden Hazard says he has 'made up his mind' over where his future lies - with reports today suggesting the Lille forward will join Chelsea this summer.

Hazard has been linked with Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham as well as the newly crowned European Champions in recent months.

Gareth Barry has been ruled out of Euro 2012 because of a groin injury, the FA has confirmed. Phil Jagielka has been called up to replace him.

Elsewhere, Louis van Gaal has become the latest manager to be linked with Liverpool - but instead could join the club as their sporting director.


In this afternoon's transfer news, Sochaux midfielder Ryad Boudebouz has revealed Liverpool are one of a number of clubs chasing his signature. (Sky Sports)
