CSKA Moscow will reportedly offer a new contract to starlet Alan Dzagoev to ward interest from Arsenal and Manchester United.

The Sun claims the Russian club are keen to agree a new deal with the 21-year-old as he has been labelled as a possible transfer target by both Arsene Wenger and Sir Alex Ferguson.

Dzagoev started his Euro 2012 campaign with two goals in an impressive 4-1 win for Russia over Czech Republic; other clubs than those from Emirates Stadium and Old Trafford will have taken note of his performance.

Another report, this time in Metro, claimed the Gunners were interested in replacing Andrey Arshavin with his younger international teammate and also credited Chelsea as another possible destination.

It also reports that Dzagoev has just a year left on his contract so a move to Stamford Bridge or elsewhere could be agreed at an inviting price.

The brace in Russia Group A victory on Friday were the young attacker's fifth and sixth international goals.
