John Terry will continue giving evidence at Westminster Magistrates Court today as his trial for the alleged racist abuse Anton Ferdinand continues.

The Chelsea captain's defence rests on his assertion that the alleged abuse of Ferdinand was a "sarcastic exclamation" as opposed to malicious.

Former Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp says he has not been contacted about taking over as Russia manager - but admits it would be a "fantastic job."

Yaya Toure has also pledged his future to Manchester City after manager Roberto Mancini signed a new long term deal at the Etihad Stadium.
