Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo has yet to decide whether to bring John Terry back into his side for Wednesday's Champions League meeting with Shakhtar Donetsk.
Terry served the last game of his domestic four-match ban for racially abusing QPR defender Anton Ferdinand as Chelsea drew 1-1 with Swansea, surrendering their position at the top of the Premier League at the end of a week dominated by the Mark Clattenburg affair.
Di Matteo, who is also hopeful of having Juan Mata and David Luiz back from injury, said: "He (Terry) is an important player for us and we will welcome him back, we will have to see how the next three days go and then we will make a decision."
