David Beckham appears to be dealing with the speculation over his future pretty well, as journalists found out this week.

Beckham has revealed he will be leaving LA Galaxy after they contest the MLS Cup final at the weekend, which has lead to numerous reports over where he could go next.

He was giving a press conference ahead of the MLS finale when a Journalists phone went off in front of him.

Becks, being an all round nice guy, offers to answer said scribe’s call, but soon realised it would not have pleased one of his biggest sponsors Samsung, as the phone was one made by their fruit adorned rivals.

Beckham is often portrayed as not the most intellectual of football players, but he showed a sharp wit there, much to the delight of the watching journalists.

The former Manchester United and Real Madrid star is coming to the end of a five-year period with the Galaxy and is reportedly set to begin talks with French Ligue 2 side Monaco over a possible move.

Beckham revealed he has had exciting offers, but ruled out a return to the Premier League.
