The 23-man list of Chelsea players available for selection by Rafael Benitez during the upcoming Club World Cup tournament in Japan has been submitted to FIFA, the club's official website has revealed.

Benitez's Blues kick off their cup conquest with a match against Ulsan Hyundai or Monterrey on Thursday 13 December.

All the teams officially competing are now known with Japanese side Sanfrecce Hiroshima set to play Auckland City in a play-off for the quarter-finals.

The winners of that match then play African champions Al-Ahly for the right to face Corinthians in the other half of the draw to Chelsea.

Before the squad sets-off, though, Chelsea have a number of important games to look forward to, including Premier League clashes against West Ham and Sunderland, a Champions League encounter at Stamford Bridge versus Nordsjaelland, and a Capital One Cup quarter-final trip to Leeds United.

Here's the full Club World Cup squad in full:

GOALKEEPERS: Petr Cech, Ross Turnbull, Hilario.

DEFENDERS: Branislav Ivanovic, Ashley Cole, David Luiz, Paulo Ferreira, Gary Cahill, John Terry, Cesar Azpilicueta, Ryan Bertrand.

MIDFIELDERS: Oriol Romeu, Ramires, Frank Lampard, Oscar, John Obi Mikel, Eden Hazard, Marko Marin, Lucas Piazon.

FORWARDS: Fernando Torres, Juan Mata, Victor Moses, Daniel Sturridge.
