Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has plenty of options available to him after watching his side progress to the Champions League last 16 in midweek.

Wojciech Szczesny is back between the sticks and back in form for the Gunners, who travel to Villa Park high on confidence following consecutive wins against Tottenham Hotspur and Montpellier.

A back four of Bacary Sagna, Per Mertesacker, Laurent Koscielny and Thomas Vermaelen is unlikely to be changed, although Kieran Gibbs is available again and could provide another option at left back.

The midfield trio of Jack WIlshere, Mikel Arteta and Santi Cazorla is starting to show serious signs of promise, although Abou Diaby and Tomas Rosicky remain out through injury for the Emirates Stadium outfit.

Ivorian international Gervinho is available for selection once again, but Olivier Giroud will expect to get the nod after some impressive displays in recent weeks.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is again likely to replace the injured Theo Walcott, whilst German international Lukas Podolski has been an automatic choice for Arsenal all season.

Arsenal predicted line-up v Aston Villa:

Wojciech Szczesny; Bacary Sagna, Per Mertesacker, Laurent Koscielny, Thomas Vermaelen; Jack Wilshere, Mikel Arteta, Santi Cazorla; Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Olivier Giroud, Lukas Podolski.
