Football News
Arsenal and Germany goalkeeper Jens Lehmann claims he could have prevented Arsenal from going out of the Champions League on Tuesday, if only he had been given a chance.

The 38-year-old spoke of his anger at sitting on the bench with the Gunners and attacked both Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger and the man who is currently the club´s number one Manuel Almunia in an interview with Germany´s Kicker magazine on Thursday.

"I stayed here to win the Champions League and I saw good chances to play, but I have not had these (chances) and that makes be very angry," he said.
