Wigan manager Steve Bruce has revealed his exit from Birmingham remains a disappointment - four months after joining the Latics from the Blues.

Wigan were forced to abort a press conference at the last minute due to a financial matter involving his former club.

Bruce has since hauled Wigan out of the Barclays Premier League relegation zone and told the Wigan Evening Post: "I was totally disappointed with the way things ended there. I don´t think that after six years it should have ended like that."
