Manchester United striker Carlos Tevez was sent-off as Argentina suffered their first defeat of the World Cup qualifying campaign as Colombia fought back from a goal down to secure a 2-1 victory on Tuesday.

Tevez saw red after 24 minutes after clashing with Colombia defender Ruben Bustos before Lionel Messi´s brilliant solo goal handed Argentina the lead 10 minutes later.

Bustos curled home a brilliant second half free-kick to level the match before Dairo Moreno converted Freddy Grisales´ 82nd minute cross to maintain Colombia´s unbeaten start to the campaign.
