Wenger: Good lesson for youngsters

Football News
Arsene Wenger believes his Arsenal youngsters will have learned a valuable lesson after securing the point needed in Prague on Wednesday night to reach the last 16 of the Champions League.

The Arsenal manager made some eight changes from the starting line-up against Manchester United, and left Cesc Fabregas at home. Despite only producing an "average" attacking display against the Czechs, it is a policy Wenger indicated he would deploy again for the remaining two Group H games, against Sevilla and then Steaua Bucharest.

"I would not like to blame the youngsters because it was very difficult to find our game," said Wenger. "I am convinced they have learned it is difficult away from home in the Champions League and they will do better in the next games."
