Football News
New Tottenham boss Juande Ramos will not try to solve the club´s problems by knocking heads together and reading the riot act.

Spurs are third bottom of the Premier League after a woeful start to the season and Ramos, who built an impressive reputation with Sevilla, has been brought in to turn things around, but he does not intend to charge into White Hart Lane all guns blazing.

And despite being labelled as something of a disciplinarian Ramos intends to build bridges not burn them, saying: "I maintain a friendship with players in all of the teams I have been in. I think that´s important."
