Liverpool predicted line-up v Fulham

Liverpool host Fulham in an intriguing late kick-off on Saturday, with the Reds looking to bounce back from last weekend’s disappointing defeat to Aston Villa.

Pepe Reina will expect to retain his position in goal despite the 3-1 defeat, and Stewart Downing will also hope to continue at left-back despite the return to fitness of Jose Enrique.

Indeed, Brendan Rodgers could easily name the same back-four as last week, with Glen Johnson, Daniel Agger and Martin Skrtel all fit and available for the Reds.

Lucas Leiva will hope to continue his Liverpool rehabilitation with a start in the side’s midfield three, and Joe Allen can again expect to get the nod alongside club captain Steven Gerrard.

Raheem Sterling has been one of the shining lights for the Anfield outfit this season, and despite a disappointing performance last weekend, he will expect to start against the Cottagers. Enrique is likely to replace Jonjo Shelvey on the left.

And, of course, that leaves Luis Suarez to lead the line for his side once again, with Liverpool dependant on the Uruguayan hitman’s ability in-front of goal.

Liverpool predicted line-up v Fulham:

Pepe Reina; Glen Johnson, Daniel Agger, Martin Skrtel, Stewart Downing; Joe Allen, Lucas Leiva, Steven gerrard; Raheem Sterling, Jose Enrique, Luis Suarez.
