Sheffield United plc chairman Kevin McCabe is refusing to rest as the Blades finally begin to prepare for life in the Coca-Cola Championship.

The South Yorkshire club are set to go to the High Court to ask the courts to consider the Blades´ case for compensation after claiming an arbitration panel made an "error in law" by not ordering a new disciplinary commission to deal with West Ham for breaching league rules when they signed Carlos Tevez.

"We are going to the High Court to appeal, and that date is July 13," McCabe told BBC Radio Sheffield.
