Foxes win hunt for Iran star

Leicester have beaten off competition from Barclays Premier League clubs to sign Iran international winger Hoessein Kaebi on a two-year contract.

The 21-year-old, who becomes City boss Martin Allen´s ninth new signing since he took charge at the Walkers Stadium on May 25, arrives from Iranian side Persepolis FC for an undisclosed fee.

Allen said: "This is a very important signing. He is someone that the chairman made me aware of soon after I arrived."
