Former Sheffield United manager Neil Warnock is prepared to wait for the right opportunity before returning to the game.

Warnock stepped down as Blades boss after his side were relegated from the Barclays Premier League last month and the 58-year-old still has ambitions to manage at the top level but is not concerned about not having found a new position yet.

Warnock told Sky Sports: "I believe I can do a good job. It´s just one of those things, somewhere there will be a chairman and a group of fans that want a manager like myself."
