Jaaskelainen rejects new Bolton deal

Bolton goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen has turned down a new deal with the club.

The Finland international will enter the final year of his current deal with Wanderers in August but has rejected a deal to remain at the Reebok Stadium beyond summer 2008.

His agent Peter Harrison told the Manchester Evening News: "Jussi has turned down his contract with Bolton. He is happy to see out the last year of his current contract at the Reebok. But at the moment that´s as far as it goes."
