Wigan chairman Dave Whelan wants new charges laid against West Ham, while admitting it is impossible to overturn the original decision on Carlos Tevez.

Whelan revealed he has held talks with newly relegated Sheffield United on Monday - and told them "to get into the bones of the Premier League, and quickly".

"We need a new hearing because he (Tevez) has been registered illegally again. That should be another fine or points deduction," said Whelan.
