The agent of Wesley Sneijder says the Inter Milan star has no interest in signing for Queens Park Rangers, but the reported Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham target hopes to join a 'top' Premier League team.

QPR manager Harry Redknapp claimed on Thursday that he had been offered the opportunity to sign Sneijder, who seems destined to leave the San Siro during the January transfer window.

However, according to Soren Lerby, Sneijder would not consider a move to Loftus Road, but only a transfer prominent English side, which would appear to leave open the chance of a switch to Manchester United, Liverpool or Tottenham.

"He is absolutely not interested in QPR and we haven't heard directly from anyone there," Lerby told BBC Sport.

"England probably has the top league in Europe, so it could appeal, but Wes would want to play for a top team."

Manchester United have been linked with a bid for Sneijder for some time as Sir Alex Ferguson looks for a successor to Old Trafford legend Paul Scholes, while both Tottenham and Liverpool have been credited with interest.

Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas has denied a deal has been struck to bring the 28-year-old Dutch playmaker, while Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is reported to be considering Sneijder as a January option.
